Reverend Donald G. Wester & Grandson Grayson


  • Rev. Donald G. Wester was called to be our pastor beginning December 1, 2013. 
  • Donald holds a degree in history from the University of Arkansas, and Masters of Divinity degree from Candler School of Theology Emory University. 
  • Prior to coming to Faith Donald was the Minister for Spiritual Development at First Central Congregational Church in Omaha Nebraska. 
  • Donald served for ten years as founder and director of an Interfaith Ministry in Atlanta Georgia, “Friends of Prison Families”. 
  • Donald is married to award winning artist Cathy Wester.  Together they have four adult children and two grandkids. 
  • Donald’s other interests include gardening, music, and travel.

  • Dr. Pyllis Ruocco provides music leadership for Faith United Church of Christ.
  • Doctor of Musical Arts, University of North Texas, Denton, Texas.  Major in Piano with Jack Roberts  Minor in Musicology with Robert Ottman  
  • Master of Music, University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama  Major in Piano with Roy McAllister Minor in Music Theory/ Composition  
  • Bachelor of Music, Ouachita Baptist University  Double Major in Piano and Theory/Composition  
  • Post Doctoral Studies  Diplome Superieur in Piano Performance , Conservatoire Royale de Musique, Brussels, Belgium. Awarded with distinction.   Diplome Eerst Prijs, Stedelijke Muziek Conservatorium, Mechelen, Belgium 

Danielle Hehrer

Office Manager

  • Danielle Hehrer has been providing administrative leadership for Faith United Church of Christ since 2014.
  • Danielle holds an Associates Degree in Art Theory from the Kendall College of Art and Design, Grand Rapids Community College.
  • Danielle is a life long lover of playing acoustic and classical guitar especially enjoying the spiritual closeness of playing classical and jazz influenced Instrumental Intimacies.
  • Danielle is a regular musical contributor to our Sunday Services.
  • Danielle is a Trans person married to long-time friend Carrie.
  • Danielle served on an educational panel focusing on GBLT and diversity issues at the University of Colorado, Denver.
  • Other interests include a love for cooking, travel, cultures, world religions, movies and words.
